Presentation services

From a first thought
to the last slide.

Define the audience, the message and what the deck needs to do.

01

Presentation narrative

Turn source material into a readable sequence.

A deck needs a clear reason for each slide. Narrative work can organise an opening question, supporting evidence, a decision and the next action. The brief starts with the real audience and the decision the presentation should support.

Bring source copy, the expected setting and any content that must remain unchanged. Financial statements, research findings and performance claims remain subject to the person supplying them.

02

Slide design systems

Make the next slide belong to the same story.

Reusable title, diagram and comparison layouts give a presentation a consistent rhythm. Hierarchy, alignment and white space can make recurring information easier to scan across a whole deck.

A real engagement defines slide size, editing software, required masters and the handover format. The concept studies show visual directions, without claiming commissioned business outcomes.

03

Deck refinement

Edit the visual noise before the meeting.

An existing presentation can benefit from clearer emphasis, more legible charts and a calmer distribution of detail. Refinement should respect the intended message rather than replace it with decoration.

Scope depends on the number of source slides, their content quality and which changes are allowed. Confirm ownership of images, fonts and supplied materials before a final version is distributed.
